eBook publishing is free. POD costs $199. All books must pass through editorial screening before acceptance. Fictions books can only be in POD format. Doest charge a fee for listing your ebooks, but does take a percentage of the sale. Accepts only 1/3 of books submitted. Pays 70% royalties on ebooks 100 or more pages; 50% royalties on books/booklets less than 100 pages. All rights are non-exclusive.

Is more like a traditional publisher than a POD in that they proofread your work and make appropriate corrections; do a customized layout; register the ISBN, LCCN, and get your book listed in R.R. Bowker's Books in Print; pays royalties of 20% of the print receipts (the payments received less any returns); place your book in Amazon.com, barnesandboble.com and booksamillion; and have Ingram Book Group (the largest bookwholesaler in the US) carry your book, enabling virtually any bookstore in the world to order it. The only downside is that you must give them the exclusive rights to your book, but you can cancel your contract with them at any time if something better comes along.
